Curious about yoga and its benefits? Yoga Instructor Josie Miller from Williamsport YMCA will again guide us through a chair yoga program.
Any yoga is a potential path to a less physically and emotionally stressed mind and body. The chair yoga practice is a perfect introduction without the floor work, yet still offers the amazing benefits of a traditional hatha yoga flow.
By connecting breath and movement, we create a moving ‘meditation’, and by holding poses, we can bring strength and stamina to your body & mind. Come and release blocked energy to feel lighter and freer.
Put on some comfy clothes and join us!
